HOPPE Roller / Shootbolt Replacement Kit for Fuhr Automatic Multipoint Lock

Replacement for Fuhr 3-roller automatic multipoint lock with 45mm backset (part #499010499)

This replacement kit has a roller on the bottom, a shootbolt on the top and functions manually (locking points do not automatically engage when door is closed)

Fits doors from 77-80 inches tall
Backset: 45mm
PZ: 92mm
Bottom roller position: 29.5 inches
No top roller
No auto-release roller
Handle-height: 36 inches

Kit includes gear + bottom, middle extension, top shootbolt extension, coverplate, socket strike and stainless steel screws.

Replacement lock has same handle-height and bottom roller position as original FUHR lock;
Replacement requires trimming top of lock to height of door and installation of shootbolt socket strike
