Replacement Kit for Fuhr Auto 2 Roller w/ 36 inch Handle Height
PLEASE READ
This is a replacement kit for discontinued 77" FUHR multipoint locks (parts # 499010099, 499010199 and 499010299) used on Eagle doors. The original FUHR locks used rollers at the top and bottom, and some of them had an automatic roller that triggered the other two rollers when the door was closed.
This is the best choice as a replacement lock. It is a 3 piece multipoint lock with a roller at the bottom and a shoot-bolt at the top. This replacement kit will take the least amount of work to install.
Replacement Kit Includes:
Gear with Bottom Roller (roller is positioned in same location as on original FUHR)
Middle Extension (will need to be cut to length)
Top Shoot Bolt (attaches to extension arm)
Socket Strike (easy installation)
Cover Plate
Stainless Steel Screws
Replacement Kit Measurements (Original FUHR specs in parenthesis):
Backset: 35mm
Handle Height: 36 inches
Faceplate Width: 16mm
Overall Length: 76.61 inches to 80.55 inches: croppable
Bottom Roller Position: 29.53 inches down from handle
No top roller

NOTE: The replacement lock does not have an automatic feature; it is a manual Lock that requires the handle to be depressed in order to activate the lock.
