This is a 77" Roundbolt Version Multipoint Lock made by Fuhr.
It features 2 Roundbolt Locking Devices.
One is located 29-3/4" below the center of the Handle Cylinder.
The other is located 29" above the center of the Handle Cylinder.
This lock is no longer available for purchase and must be replaced.

Backset: 55mm (2-1/4")
Faceplate Width: 16mm (5/8")
Handle Height: 39-1/4"
Handle Spacing (PZ): 70mm (2-7/8")

We have developed a Tongue Version Replacement Kit for this lock: part 4990223
Due to the uniqueness of this Fuhr Roundbolt Lock, the easiest replacement can be quite an undertaking.
A complete replacement will require you to change or replace your Strikes and Handles.
Your door jamb will also require modifications, such as relocating the new Deadbolt and Spring Latch Strikes as-well as the new Locking Device Strikes.
