Fits into slot in door and secured with 3 screws
Sold each, not part of standard Kit

NOTE:
This Middle pivot is used on the newer style, it has a slot in door.
It is used with the bottom pivot that has a screw driver slot for adjustment
The screw pattern is NOT the same as old style bottom door pivots
