The Truth Sentry 13958 is an active hook and shootbolt gear component for multipoint lock systems. This gear provides both hook and shootbolt locking engagement points for enhanced security on residential entry doors.

The gear features a 25/32" (20mm) faceplate width and 1-3/4" (45mm) backset, with a standard 36" (914.4mm) handle height. The bottom hook location is positioned at 20" (508mm) from the handle. The key position is above the lever. While the lock is handed, it is reversible by pulling the latch out and rotating it.
