Includes Handles, escutcheon plates and keyed cylinders, Mortise Lock and Screws
Does NOT include - Latch Cover plate
Has Left or Right Handed, spring latch on face of lock. 

Lock Body Dimensions: 

Face Plate 1 x 6-7/8; 

Cylinder Backset: 1 inch from front of face plate to center of Cylinder

Handle Back set: 7/8 inch to center of Handle. 

Lock Markings: Inspect 010; Grade 1: ANSI 156.5


Escutcheon Plate 1-3/4 x 9 inches; **factory included plate normally has small imperfections and sold as is***
Hole spacing from center of key Cylinder to center of handle: 5-1/4 inches 
Handle Hole Diameter: 1/2 inch
Cylinder Hole Diameter: 1-1/8 inch 
NOTE: Hole for cylinder is off center; Handle hole is Centered 
Inside Handle Plate: 1-1/16 x 2-1/2 inches
 

Cylinder Length: 13/16 inch; 4 pin cylinder, Adams Rite Tail piece

Keyway: Kwikset,  Rekeyable (need to cut KW1, 5 pin key blank shorter )
