2 Roller Manual Multipoint Lock Replacement Kit with 36 Inch Handle Height
Used as a replacement lock for discontinued FUHR roller multipoint locks, both manual and automatic versions (parts #499010199 and #499010299)

This replacement kit includes bottom gear, top extension and stainless steel screws

Replacement Kit Specs:
Backset: 1-3/8 inch (35mm)
Handle Height: 36 inches (914mm)
Faceplate Width: 5/8 inch (16mm)
Top Roller Position: 28.74 inches (730mm) up from handle
Bottom Roller Position: 29.53 inches (750mm) down from handle
Deadbolt Throw: Extends 1 inch (25.4mm)
Overall Length: Fits doors ranging from 67.91 to 78.74 inches (when used at 37 inch handle-height, fits doors up to 79.74 inches tall)


NOTE: Replacement Kit is designed for 36 inch Handle height, when used as a replacement for the Fuhr with a 37 inch handle height, the metal faceplate will be 1 inch shorter, leaving a gap at bottom of the door panel.
This gap can usually be filled in with the cutoff from the top extension, if desired.
