Hinge fits a 3-5/8 inches mortise in the door panel and the Jamb. Will replace other hinges with the same mortise prep.

ADJUSTMENT INFO:

Horizontal and vertical adjustment on this hinge means that it adjusts to change the reveal (gap between the door frame and the edge of the door). The horizontal adjustment range is plus or minus 0.15 inch (+/- 0.15"). The vertical adjustment range is plus or minus 0.20 inch (+/- 0.20"). There are markings on the hinge cover for a visual indication of the vertical adjustment position.

Vertical Adjustment (V):

• Use a pry bar to reduce the downward weight of door panel, then adjust each hinge.
• Turn drive to raise or lower the door panel. Adjust each hinge 1/16" at a time until desired panel adjustment is achieved. Spread the door weight evenly between all 3 or 4 hinges.

Horizontal Adjustment (H):

Turn drive to increase of decrease the reveal of the door.
