Hoppe 3-Piece Bottom Gear

Inactive Version; Uses 20mm Shootbolt Throw

The bottom gear for 3 piece version needs 1 bottom extension, 1 top extension and 2 cover plates to complete the inactive shootbolt lock.

This 3 piece bottom gear is for sizes other than the standard 36 inch handle height.

The top extensions can be used as bottom extensions to achieve assorted handle heights.

• Faceplate Length: 950mm (37.4 inches)
• Gear Type: Gear only – No shootbolts attached

NOTE: Shootbolt Throw

If you mix 20mm & 25mm shootbolt extensions the maximum throw is the shorter of the two.

If a 20mm bottom shootbolt is matched with a 25mm top shootbolt, once the 20mm extends all the way, it will stop, and so will your top 25mm shootbolt. In simple terms, a 25mm throw extension on one end is limited to a 20mm throw when used with a 20mm opposite shootbolt.
