Pivot Bar - Zinc Die Cast:  Used with Owens Corning Vinyl Window. 
Dimensions: 3 inches overall length.
 5/16 Inches Wide, 3/16 Inches thick. 
Four (4) holes. To Center of each hole.  
First hole is 9/16", second hole is 1 inch, third hole is 
1 5/8 inches and fourth hole is 2 inches from the end
