Passage Spring Latch 2-3/4 Backset, 8mm Hub Brass
Replacement spring latch, non-handed for closet/ hall passage door, no faceplate.
No holes in latch for screws. Installation screw holes from lock are vertical (up and down).
Replaces: Old Style Dexter, Emtek, Cifial, Gainsborough and others with same measurements
Backset: 2-3/4 inch (70 mm)
Spindle Diameter: 5/16 inch (8 mm) square spindle
Faceplate: 1 inch x 2-1/4 inch Radius corner
Available Color/ Finish: Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Nickel
When ordering latch, specify faceplate color if needed, some latches have removable faceplates.

Note: If your lock has a pushbutton on the rosette, this latch will not have a place for the button.
