This is a grade one, triple valve, industrial strength heavy duty commercial door closer with a regular arm and an aluminum alloy shell.
This model is ideal for use on heavy duty commercial, architectural and institutional applications.
It features a non-hold open arm that is UL listed for \''A\'' label fire doors.
