The frame was routed out for the operator to mount into a 1/2 x 3-11/16 hole
May be able to replace with Truth Rear mount 9-1/2 arm # 55122
The # 55123 Operator is rear surface mount and has screw holes at 3-7/8 & 4-3/4
May require a back plate for additional support.
