Note: 
If you have dips in your existing track, it can be repaired before installing new cover (do this at your own risk).
Fill dips with liquid nails; turn track over, tap it with a mallet and clean up the excess before it dries or it will dry hard and be impossible to remove later.
Set the track to dry for at least 5 hours before installing.
