Used with the old style Columbia with the Spring inside the 3/8 Balance tube
Used on the Old Style C500 / C-500 Single hung window with the Hooded Latch.
The Plastic shoe can be replaced with a Metal Clip.
MODIFICATION REQUIRED:
70 Series Cross-pin Balance rod with low Profile caldwell #20 Metal Clip. # 53040- New # 76503
This was 1 of 2 parts - 52043 was screwed into bottom of window and the 51325 locked into the guide - When replacing with Metal clip both the window will not have the guide provided by the old part and window may rattle when in open position.
