Installation / Assembly

  1. Insert pin into frame hinge and tap with hammer to seat.
  2. Insert washer over pin, flat side down
  3. Insert plastic bushing into sash hinge, small notch in hinge meets with center slot in bushing
  4. Insert plastic cap into center groove of bushing
  5. Place frame hinge onto frame and tighten crews with hex wrench
  6. Fix sash hinge to sash and tighten screws
  7. Assembly frame with sash and remove cap to adjust lateral side position of sash +/- 1mm
  8. Replace Cap

Additional Information:

These are profile-specific based on the aluminum extrusions being used to make the doors and windows (about 17 different profiles).

The Euro Groove clamp hinge for aluminum doors is CE marked according to EN1935 and is suitable for the construction of doors with a maximum load capacity of 100 Kg with two hinges and 120 Kg with three hinges.

High resistance to burglary, thanks to the washer integrated in the pin.

Supplied with preassembled fixing plates so that it can be quickly installed on both the sash and the frame during the door or window positioning.

Can be adjusted in terms of width (+/- 1 mm) with the door installed and with standard tools; with a simple Allen key it is possible to make all of the necessary adjustments.

The newly designed plug ensures that the side adjustment is maintained over time, even at the maximum load capacity permitted.
