Ashland has a concealed rod version used by Marvin and Jeldwen. They also have an edge mount version used by Caradco and others. Single Point lock-This has a spring latch and deadbolt at the handle position, no other locking points. 2. Multipoint lock with shoot bolts-This has metal that runs the length of the door edge. Vertical locking points at the top and bottom of the door. 3. Multipoint lock with concealed rods-This has rods that run the length of the door, but are not seen on the edge. Vertical locking points at the top and bottom of the door.
