ASHLAND has a concealed rod version used by Marvin and Jeldwen, They also have a edge mount version used by Caradco and others.
Ashland Hardware for Multipoint Locks
There are 3 possible locks.
1. Single Point lock-This has a spring latch and deadbolt at the handle position, no other locking points.
2. Multipoint lock with shootbolts-This has metal that runs the length of the door edge. Vertical locking points at top and bottom of door.
3. Multipoint lock with concealed rods-This has rods that runs the length of the door, but are not seen on the edge. Vertical locking points at top and bottom of door.
