Replacements  must be replaced in PAIRS or the window will not open properly

The stack height on the new on is 1/16 inch less.
A 1/16 inch difference in stack is not usually critical.
However, if it does not work, you can shim as needed
Current Hinges Only shim at .125 or 1/8" increments.
