Wood doors 1-1/8 to 1-3/8 inch thick weighing up to 60 pounds.

Swings both ways, Hold open feature at 90 degrees.

1. Trim door to fit opening. 1-1/8 less than height, ¼ less than width.
2. Cut mortise in door for Hinge.
3. Round hinge side of door to 1-1/2 inch radius.
4. Center spring in door and screw into place.
5. Install top pivot to head jamb and socket to top of door.
6. Tilt door and Insert top pivot, side door into place.
7. Adjust door to opening and screw plate into floor.
8. Check door performance, adjust if needed, install covers.
