Replacing the Operator in a Pella Casement Window

This is a video on how to replace the sash operator and/or operator handle on a Pella casement window.

The sill cover, or bottom stop needs to be removed in order to access the operator. Once the stop has been removed, the operator can be unscrewed and replaced. You will need to remove the nails that originally held the stop in before replacing the stop.
