How to Install and Remove Eclipse™ Cylinder in Winkhaus One Motion™ Locks

This guide is applicable for the following Eclipse™ cylinders:
413020360 (30/20 45mm full cylinder)
413530360 (35/30 57mm full cylinder)
410020460 (thumbturn-only half-cylinder)

Eclipse™ Cylinder Installation

Bring One Motion™ Lock into the disengaged position by pushing down the interior lever (all locking points will retract).
Hold cylinder in mounting position (slim part of housing face up).
Insert key into key-slot. Note: For half-knob cylinder, skip step 3.
Align cylinder cam with cylinder housing:
1. Insert needle tool through slot and into the small hole on spindle-side of cylinder. Push up with the needle tool to release the cylinder cam until it rotates freely.
1. Rotate cam until it aligns with the cylinder housing

Insert cylinder body into the door from the outside (square shaft facing the interior). For half-knob cylinder: insert cylinder body into the door from the the inside (square shaft facing the interior).
IMPORTANT: Always turn shaft or key towards the outer edge of the door until cylinder cam engages. Turning in the opposite direction will engage cylinder cam in a non-functioning position. If it occurs, repeat the process being certain to rotate the knob or key toward the outer edge of the door.
Secure cylinder in door with cylinder screw.

Eclipse™ Cylinder Removal

Remove cylinder screw.
Follow steps 3 and 4 of "Eclipse™ Cylinder Installation" guide.
Pull cylinder body out of the door from the outside.
